Graphic design workshop focused on an exhibition’s public image
Jun 5, 12:00h — 14:00h
Taught by
Mikel Calvo (WIP 2022)
We occasionally visit museums to see their exhibitions, but often our interest originates from the graphic elements we encounter in our urban and digital environment: banners, social media ads, press banners and ads, audiovisual pieces on bus shelters, etc. This workshop invites participants to select one of the museum’s exhibitions to perform the same exercise: how to translate the essence of an exhibition visually for its public impact. The challenge? The creativity of the design, how to approach its public projection, and the constraints set by the institution.
