I’m Eneko, I’m 25 years old, from Vitoria-Gasteiz, and I work in animation, editing, and illustration. I love mixing styles, trying new things, and playing with different techniques—from cameras and various animations to some wild edits. I studied audiovisuals, but most of what I know I’ve learned on my own, thanks to YouTube, Twitch, and watching my favorite illustrators draw for hours.

I learned to animate by watching a Rick and Morty animator’s live streams, and I’m always juggling a thousand things: lately, I’ve gotten into 3D, interactive animations, web design… anything that lets me learn and explore new paths. I mix styles because that’s just who I am, it comes naturally, like with music: one day I listen to flamenco, another rap, heavy metal, electronic, or classical. I like moving between different worlds without being boxed in.

I’m very inspired by people like King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, who make experimentation their trademark. Each of their albums sounds like it was made by a different artist, and that’s exactly what makes them special. You never know what they’re going to surprise you with next. I think that’s the key: not repeating yourself and always searching for new ways to express yourself.
